About You
We are looking for a Tech Lead to lead the development of our consumer apps. In this role, you will play a vital role in implementing PropertyGuru\xe2\x80\x99s vision to be a property seeker\xe2\x80\x99s trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Development, review & ownership of architecture & design artifacts
  
• Participate and drive the architectural decisions for the application
  
• Perform technical reviews and mentor junior developers in the team
  
• Provide technical expertise to resolve critical application issues
  
• Navigate the team efforts in the right direction by providing the right balance between business and technical priorities
  
• Work with Product Managers, UI/UX team members to translate requirements and designs to well-thought architecture and implementations.
  
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders about risk analysis and design tradeoffs
  
• Multitask and be able to work with project team distributed across geographies
  
• On the job training of new onboarding team members
  
• Be able to develop career paths for team members and provide them appropriate feedback and guidance to help them scale up in their roles.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of full-time hands-on engineering experience
  
• Deep experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React Native, and the unique challenges of development for mobile
  
• Competency in data structures, algorithms, and software design
  
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher in computer science or engineering
  
• Experience in Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD)
  
• Worked in Agile or Scrum-based environment before
  
• Recent experience with React Native deploying to both iOS and Android
