: Preferred Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in computer engineering or a relevant field.Minimum 10 years of experience in web development with React Native as a primary skillMinimum 10 years of experience in software development and delivery of technical solutions.Minimum 4 year of working experience as a Senior Technical Lead.Proficiency of HTML, CSS(LESS/SCSS/CSS-In-JS)Must have a deep understanding of core Javascript core conceptsProficiency on React, React fundamentals and key conceptsMust have knowledge of any JavaScript bundler such as Webpack, Gulp, Grunt, BabelProfiencey on unit test cases framework such as Jest, MochaPractical knowledge of REST API standards and modern auth mechanismStrong understanding of design patterns/architecturesMust have a good understanding of code reusability & developing reusable components.Experience in working with GIT, Bitbucket, or SVN with an understanding of different source code management concepts.Ability to collaboratively work through technical issues in a professional manner, making design considerations and trade-offs as neededAbility to create the necessary technical and non-technical documents.Team player and a leader who can lead and grow the team.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent working with modern APIs within web applicationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Should be able to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders with confidence.Good context switching skillPractical knowledge of follwoing agile software developmentAbility to drive complex projectsKnowledge of Serverside rendering in FE technology The attitude of a versatile engineer and open to learning new technology.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with quick turnaround ability.Strong Analytics and Problem Solving skills, Street Smartness with a CAN DO attitude.
