\xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of architectural design patterns, performance tuning, database and functional designs \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on experience in Service Oriented Architecture \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to lead solution development and delivery for the design solutions \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in designing high level and low level documents is a plus \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of SDLC is a pre-requisite \xe2\x80\xa2 Awareness of latest technologies and trends \xe2\x80\xa2 Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate \xe2\x80\xa2 Should be able to use design patterns to make the application reliable, scalable, and highly available \xe2\x80\xa2 Should be able to design Microservices and Serverless based architecture \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with client architect and define top notch solutions

\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience and knowledge of UI foundations - HTML, CSS, Responsive Web Design, JavaScript \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of using of UX Design tools to interpret and understand design created UX Design team \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Application Architecture & Design of Web Based Applications \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong knowledge of React JS Framework (Features, State management options etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Server side rendering in JavaScript frameworks (NextJS especially), NodeJS. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands on knowledge of type safety in JavaScript frameworks e.g. Typescript \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands on knowledge of Web Analytics, Web accessibility, Web Security \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge about Deployments, release management, monitoring (DevSecOps , Logging, Observability etc.) \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of performance tools, tuning and optimization of web applications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good to know high level about CMS systems and API integration options. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity on Agile Processes and tools \xe2\x80\xa2 Good verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in leading the teams technically \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to communicate with remote teams in effective manner \xe2\x80\xa2 High flexibility to travel \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical, logical skills and team leading skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage in business development, as well as in building and maintaining client relationships
