About the Role:

Managing, in cooperation with the UT & FT Manager and the UGP Managers, all maintenance related aspects and projects for the UGP, in order to assure the respect of expected maintenance performance and timings, within costs constrains.

Maintenance activities, scheduling (UT &FT) & policies:
Identify, Measure and Monitor Progress of The Relevant KPIS In Line with SQCDME Principle.
Implement, Maintain and Improve Engineering and Maintenance Master Plan for Factory with The Help of Department Manager.
Ensures The Proper Planning and Execution of All the Maintenance Activities (Medium Term and Long Term) Related To:
Electricity - Machine Electricity and Service Lighting, Knowledge Of 33kv Express Feeder. O& M Of Diesel Generator Sets.
Air Conditioning - Chillers, Air Handling Units, Moisture Control Units (Humidifier), Air Purifier Systems and Space Heaters
Compressed Air \xe2\x80\x93 O&M Of Large Capacity Oil Free Compressors and Cooling Tower
Boiler - O&M Of HSD Base Boiler
LPG/Diesel - O&M Of LPG Yard/Diesel Tanks and Affected Equipment.
Water Treatment Plant - O& M Of WTP To Maintain Required Process Water Quality.
Wastewater Treatment Plant - O& M Of WTP to Maintain Required Process Water Quality.
Facility Maintenance \xe2\x80\x93 Civil and Electrical Maintenance of Facility. Leadership And Ownership Quality to handle A Utility Team.
Ensure Proper Planned Maintenance for Utility & Facility Using the Sap System
Implement The Maintenance Best Practices with The Proper Improvement Plant & Standardization of The Process Through Proper Documentation.
Materials: Cooperates with APV and Warehouse, Providing Information Needed for A Proper Management of Spare Parts, and Consumables (Stock Level, Picking Modalities).
Project activities:
Technical specification & execute.
Executes specification design activities, defining required technical features for the UT & FT area.
Oversees the technology diffusion among plants, within times, costs and quality standards defined (e.g., service level) for each order and ensures the know-how transfer to the plant - in collaboration with the project department.

Who we are looking for:

Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering
Years of Experience: 8-15 Year
Specific Knowledge:
Civil and electrical maintenance of facility
Knowledge of ISO14001 & 50001Leadership and ownership quality to handle a utility team.
MS-Office, Word Excel, Power point, Outlook, SAP System and Auto CAD
Time Management & Strong communication skills in a multi-cultural environment.
