VA-VE /Localization activity follow-up. New product, Localization related scheduling preparation & completion on time. Customer support Drawing study/Reading /GD&T Job Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Daily Management and result Orientation Make & achieve the various KPI of PMO & report to HOD in daily Morning Meeting. Co-Ordination with all sections for implementation of Improvement Activities. Customer Handling for new product related activity. New Project status need to update. Knowledge of New Part Development activities (i.e., MCP, S evaluation data) Localization Activity & VA-VE Activity involvement. Drawing control & schedule check 2. Team Building: Training new employees in the PMO Team. Ability to implement the department control as per rule & training to junior. Qualification : Bachelors in mechanical engineering Experience: 3years or more Preferred Industrial Experience: Automotive industries. Required Skills & Attributes: Management reporting skill Good Knowledge of Manufacturing process of purchasing parts (Die cast/Sheet metal /Rubber/Forging /Plastic mold/Surface treatment/Heat treatment) Good Knowledge APQP, Ms-excel, Power point, Ms-word Good knowledge drawing study & feasibility Good Knowledge of Va/Ve Activities. Good knowledge FTA /FMEA Knowledge of material & grade Soft behavior or personal skills related to the individual capacity to execute a job task or responsibility Result Orientation Collaboration & Teamwork Communication & Presentation skills
