Ensure Daily Periodic Inspection should be done as per Rule.

Controlling of Daily bases Abnormality, Inspector Skill Evaluation & operator multiskilling job rotation work.

Working knowledge of Quality trouble handling.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

(1) Daily Management work

Daily meeting with line Inspectors.

Review of daily line Abnormal rejection

Confirmation of 4m change control line side.

Ensure the Gauge 4S Condition.

Periodic Inspection Ensure should be as per Rule 1 Pcs / 4hr.

Provide on job training regarding rejection and pre inspection parts.

Controlling line wise gauges, X Bar R Chart, Kaizen.

Gemba controlling point verification.

Knowledge about the Roughness Tester, Contour, Roundness tester.

(2) Analysis & Countermeasure

Knowledge about Analysis tool 7QC tool,

Ensure Recording of Measuring data as per check sheet.

Confirm the condition of Gauges for appropriate inspection.

Ensure the working condition of QA Machines.

(3) Team Building

Training new inspectors in the machining process and how to inspection.

Ability to develop motivational skill to junior.

Desired Skills, Knowledge:

Good Knowledge of Machining Inspection control, Control Chart, Use Instrument Like DVC , HG , Roughness tester.

Good negotiation skills.

Personal Attributes:

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical.

Experience: 2-4 Years
