We are looking for an Expert in UI development to provide leadership and technical direction for the team designing and implementing common GUI libraries as part of the PathWave platform. The common GUI libraries will enable embedded, cross-platform desktop and web/cloud application developers to quickly create solutions and applications with a common look and feel that complies with Keysight styling, usability, and branding standards.

Responsibilities include:

Implement common GUI controls and styling conforming to the Keysight visual style and UI design standards.

Collaborate with Keysight UX architects and engineers on the implementation of Keysight UX standards.

Identify best practices for web, cross-platform desktop, and embedded UI development and communicate those practices to internal partners.

Evaluate UI technologies and contribute to platform direction for UI tools and frameworks.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor\'s or master\'s Degree in computer science/computer engineering/electrical engineering or another equivalent engineering discipline or equivalent.

8+ years of developing desktop, mobile, and/or web applications.

• Extensive experience in software development with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Angular and Typescript.
• Extensive experience with desktop and/or mobile application development with a specialized focus on UI development.
• A broad understanding of cross-platform development frameworks and their advantages/trade-offs
• Very knowledgeable about user interface and user experience design
• Understanding of the agile development process
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
