Job Description

Job Role:

• Lead the process design team for all Consumer Asset Products covering key aspects of Customer Experience, Compliance, Risk, Legal and Ops \xe2\x80\x93 design of end to end journey
• Process Design to include mapping of risk in the workflow and design controls to mitigate risk with a balance between Customer Experience, Employee Efficiency and Risk
• Basis changes in regulatory guideline \xe2\x80\x93
• Liaison with stakeholders like Compliance / Tax / Legal for interpretation / bank\xe2\x80\x99s obligation part.
• Coordinate with stakeholders like OPS / Risk / System requirements, etc. & implement the standard operating guideline at bank level to comply with regulatory guidelines.
• Identification and Review of existing processes for revision / updation from regulatory perspective and re-alignment to changing ecosystem for service delivery.
• Work in coordination with RL Process for process/policies with branch as touch point for customer service and compliance.
• Any process / policies impacting Retail Asset Customers will have to be approved by this team.
• Handling query desk for quick resolution of queries / clarifications raised by channel
