Role: RCM Senior Engineer No.of Openings: 5 Job Location: Oman Contract: 6-12 months Pay range: OMR 1000+ Accomodation Qualification: B.Tech(Mechanical,Electrical or Instrument) Experience: 10-15 years Service Requirement: Looking for an RCM senior Engineer, with Mechanical, Electrical or Instrument background. Minimum requirement is at least 10-15 years of experience in RCM/Maintenance. The purpose is to execute RCM and assist with implementing a sustainable structured maintenance improvement program, based on RCM / FMEA techniques. Main accountabilities: Develop, review and verify new and existing Equipment Strategies & PM plans based on approved procedures and standards to maximize equipment availability and reliability To be very competent on carrying / facilitating Asset Criticality Analysis Facilitate RCM/FMEA/Group strategies Sessions with cross functional teams to develop Equipment Criticalities and Equipment Strategies Communicate with other Engineering disciplines, Maintenance and Operations to receive guidelines on PM tasks and procedures while preparing Equipment Strategies To be well aware of the notification & work-Order process in SAP , and very competent with the different SAP-PM module transactions as well as GE-APM platform (Meridium) Prepare and process PMCRs (Preventive Maintenance Change Requests) with all necessary technical documentation to facilitate timely approval and implementation Monitor the status of PMCR processing based on priority to ensure that the PMCRs are completed in a timely manner Provide RCM and Maintenance Engineering Support service to stakeholders to confirm equipment strategy is in place Support Maintenance Planning for SAP implementation to ensure all PM plans are in place to mitigate against unreliability Monitor the quality of implementation of PM in SAP to confirm correct Equipment Strategies are in place with right task lists, WorkCentre, frequency and schedule Prepare RCM presentation for Asset monthly meetings to report the KPIs and status of PMCRs and key issues during the meetings Carryout analysis to optimize Maintenance Equipment Strategies and work methods based on professional standards and best practices Develop, implement, monitor, and report KPIs\xe2\x80\x99 applicable to asset and equipment reliability e.g. MTBF analysis for various equipment classes Identify & prioritizing bad actors / dominant failure modes in the assigned area through the approved procedure and by analyzing equipment history is SAP/GE-APM Provide coaching and on job training in RCM-FMEA analysis tools and techniques to ensure quality development program for engineers / trainees To be very competent on developing / improving existing processes and procedures related to RCM Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
