The Regional Business Manager (RBM) will oversee sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage client relationships in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in the petfood / FMCG / pharma industries, looking to advance their career in a leadership position.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka.
• Manage and guide a team of sales professionals to ensure targets are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Implement training and development plans for the sales team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

A successful Regional Business Manager should have:

• 9+ years of experience in sales.
