Skill: Rate Management Agent (GPM) Grade: BPO 3/4 Location: Mumbai - Vikhroli KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY .Strong on Day-to-day processing of Data for Validation / Rate Management .Present Analytical & Valuation report for client .An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills, strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities. .Performance driven and being Agile on the changes as per business requirements. .People Management, Conflict management and Influencing Skills .Provide Expert Knowledge on Moderately Complex Rates in system, .Should be able to proactively drive internal initiatives with high sense of urgency. .Work towards deadlines and deliver quality outputs within timeline .Complete several tasks to come up with effective pricing strategies and market evaluation .Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere in Team.
