Key Responsibilities
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for Software features designing and implementation for embedded Linux software of
next generation medical device.
\xef\x82\xb7 Define Product, System, Components objectives by analyzing user requirements; envisioning
system features and functionality.
\xef\x82\xb7 Participate in a design of features and be responsible to execute the flow from requirements to SW
implementation along with hands-on coding. In addition, be responsible for defining test cases and
writing automated tests to verify SW implementation with quality in mind.
\xef\x82\xb7 Participate effectively in estimation, planning, cost-of-quality, and quality risk analysis.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring full compliance with relevant work practices, as required by authorities for medical device
product development
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring full compliance with Radiometers quality system.
\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrate Danaher values and adopt DBS tools across team.
Proficiencies / Skills / Experience
\xef\x82\xb7 Four-year-degree (BE/BTech) in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering or
equivalent.
\xef\x82\xb7 5+ years of software development experience in medical or regulated environment using agile SW
development methodologies.
\xef\x82\xb7 Hands on Experience in Application development using Qt/QML, Multithreading, Modern C++
(standard 11 & later), Basic Python scripting and Good Knowledge on CMake, Makefiles is must.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience and domain knowledge within the medical devices development industry would be an
advantage.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to act as a technical driver for the rest of the team. Possess strong analytical skills, with
excellent problem-solving abilities
\xef\x82\xb7 Solid verbal and written communication skills.
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in writing unit tests using Google Test framework.
Desirable Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Language and Tools
\xef\x82\xb7 Exposure to DBS Tools (for Internal Candidates only)
\xef\x82\xb7 Fluent in English is a Must \xe2\x80\x93 written and spoken (business level)
\xef\x82\xb7 Good understanding of software development processes, preferably for a regulated medical devices
environment (Design controls) HealthCare domain
\xef\x82\xb7 Azure DevOps, Git version control exposures is preferable
\xef\x82\xb7 Good Oral and Written skills in English.
