Radical Minds urgently requires : Manager - Business Development

- Building a pipeline with Business sales and development strategies, interaction with clients for business and contract administration.

- Client interaction to assess opportunities based on objectives, risk assessment and identifying opportunities.

- Assist in RFP / RFI / RFQ process for bids, solutions construct and commercial model to develop right win themes.

- Identify Business Development opportunities across the value chain, build solutions framework to address these opportunities.

- Implementation of sustainable solutions for multi-tower opportunities by leading wide-range of tactical assignments.

- Apply and execute account strategy by collaborating with account teams to deliver stronger and more relevant value propositions.

- Utilize result driven approach and service improvement-centered mind-set to drive positive change in the organizational and delivery culture.

- Work towards the development and sustenance of B2B relationships.

- Minimum 5-8 years of Business Development experience, must have experience in BPO

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle high pressure situations and multi-task

- A desire to win, allied to strong ethical values and professional integrity
