Work you\'ll do As a part of our Risk Advisory team you\'ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You\'ll: Experience (Role Requirements) Required skills Understanding of the Enterprise IT organization and Identity & Access Management (IAM) processes with on-prem and cloud Project management experience and change management Proven experience in agile methodologies and IT Service Management Understanding of Stakeholder, Change and Project Management Experience with GDPR and technical interfaces like SCIM, REST, JDBC, SOAP and RFC Technical understanding in regard to modern code maintenance technologies like Git and Jenkins and IT Product Infrastructure (Server setup, Databases and Interfaces) In-depth knowledge in Business Process Management (BPM) and SAP Business Processes Experience in Escalation Management Proven ability to build, lead and execute strategy in a cross-functional environment Proven track record of effectively interfacing with, influencing and leading cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving, execution and analytical skills Strong ability to manage and achieve fast & high-quality results High partner & customer orientation High degree of flexibility regarding changing priorities Advanced knowledge with Jira, Confluence and MS Office 365 products Work experience 8+year experience in the Identity & Access Management area Experience in working as a Product Owner in the Identity & Access Management area Having work experience as a Scrum Master within distributed team(s) is a big plus Has had first touch points in 1on1 syncs with team members in the context of developing and leading people Has worked as a Consultant for Enterprise Customers in technical & agile positions Has worked effectively with virtual teams and driving superb execution in a global unit International working experience with multiple teams including people from different departments, regions and cultures Previous SAP internal working experience as an employee or external workforce is a big plus Your role At Deloitte India, we believe in the importance of leadership at all levels.
