The Team
Discover the various Financial Risk services, we offer to help organizations across the full life cycle of financial transaction. From governance and processes to technology and reporting, our services can enhance transparency, efficiency, compliance and financial integrity.

Work you’ll do

• MIS – Practice, regional, Partner and sectoral MIS on periodical basis

• Review and manging Key performance indicators and taking preventive steps to safeguard the revenue including :-
  
  • WIP and Debtors provision forecast
  • Negative WIP write up and WIP exp adjustment overview
  • Utilization and missing time compliance
  • Billing and Collection forecast and follow up
  • Cost and Margin analysis
  • Engagement profitability and exceptional reporting for tail accounts for lower recovery and write offs
  • Periodical meetings and calls with leads for performance update and taking corrective actions
  • 100% RPS compliance and accuracy in visibility by tracking SFDC data and suggesting corrective action points
  • Assisting in accurate projections for revenue including NF2A through RPS, pipeline through SFDC and projections for Partners for open book
  • HR Reconciliation

• Driving special projects to enhance the overall performance of practice including higher compliance, better margin, recovery, rate, utilization etc

• Developing a repository for client credentials to support proposals

• Developing talent skillsets of all IA professionals for better deployment of resources and increase the chargeability

• Periodical presentations related to business performance for leadership

• Operations training for professionals to make them understand financial KPIs and manage projects profitable

• Developing Newsletter for practice for periodical roll out

• Automations initiatives

Qualifications

• Graduates (B.Tech / B.E) with relevant experience can also be considered.
• M.Sc.IT, MBA, M.Tech, MCA, Any PG
• Others - Certifications: Machine learning/Deep learning certifications, GitHub portfolio, Kaggle Profile, Hackerrank profile or any other
