Continuous monitoring of dashboards
Customize the monitoring dashboards and tweak the same for improvement
Perform log analysis and correlation of the events and manage the dashboard Classify and categories the incident/event/problem
Generate SOC report for every shift and share the same for approval to L2
Perform first level due-diligence and only then escalate the incidents/events to L2
Efficiently coordinate with the helpdesk
Report incident /event by continuous analysis
Update the helpdesk with status report on open tickets
Keep a track of SLA while escalating and updating
Solution set – Qradar SIEM, VA PT skills
Hands-on expert and certified on the SIEM solution
Customize, correlate, and parse the logs effectively
Develop customized dashboards and fine tune the solution
Understand the threat landscape and implement the L3/SME inputs
Review L1 report and publish Analyst MIS Report
Escalate the appropriate security incident/event to L3 resource
Track the SLA and report the same to Helpdesk.

Skills :

Qradar SIEM, Firewall / IPS, Data Protection Solutions, GRC, End Point Security solutions, XSOAR Palo Alto, HSM DB encryption & tokenization, PCAP & Network Probes, Checkpoint FW, Imperva DAM, Data Protection technologies, Application Security testing pre. Using Mircofocus tool, Firewall Analyzer (Skybox), Netscout, ForeScout
Attend the steering committee meetings at client.
Preparing RCA
Good written and verbal communication skills
