Job Description
Role Overview:
It is Process Associate role for finance operations in Smith & Nephew Global Business Services (GBS) responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient finance processes and controls from a GBS Centre as described in the S&N Finance Record to Report (R2R) taxonomy and in line with the Group Finance Manual, Minimum Acceptable Practices (MAPs) and Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Delivers the service to meet SLAs and KPIs and to ensure positive Voice of Customer feedback
Responsibilities:
Perform monthly intercompany and GL reconciliations
Prepare and post month end close journals
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports
Prepare statutory reporting and validation
Perform bank statement reconciliations
Balance Sheet reconciliations
Location: Pune
Education: B.Com / M.Com / B.A.
Licenses/ Certifications: NA
Experience:
Fresher/ Experience in Record to report
1-2 years of experience in GA or F&A reporting.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Physical Demands: Flexible to work in any shift
Travel Requirements:
10% 10-25% (if required)
