Job Description
Title: Store Manager We are looking for someone who can be a leader and take care of our cafe. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the cafe\'s operations, including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and fnancial performance.We need someone who is really good at being in charge, loves helping people, and has done a good job running a store before. Core Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and proftability
- Hire, train, and manage a team of employees to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and reduce waste
- Analyze fnancial reports and take appropriate action to achieve fnancial targets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to achieve overall company goals
- Other duties as assigned by management
