Product Manager/Senior Product Manager

We are looking to hire highly motivated & data driven product managers (across levels) to build and scale an innovative proptech platform for the citizens of Saudi Arabia. Apply if you have the passion to work on something new from scratch and scale it to a large audience.

Job Purpose :

- Responsible for setting a product's strategy and execution.

- Responsible for defining the product flow, UX, design and tech features, as well as coordinating the release process and all of the activities required to bring the product to market.

- Responsible for making sure that the right steps are taken (including go-to-market plan, growth and revenue drivers, NPS drivers, etc.) to make sure that the product meets its targeted objectives.

What will you deliver?

- Internalize and deeply understand the mission and strategies for Quara Digital as well as for the specific team / product, to drive strategic innovation and generate new product ideas.

- Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including problem definition, product strategy/roadmap, customer & driver needs, requirement/use case definition, product flow, UX, design and tech features.

- Ensure that the product meets its targeted objectives after launch - including the go to market strategy and execution, revenue and growth management and ensuring positive customer experience.

- Continuously improve existing products and features to drive higher conversion or engagement.

What you should be known for :

- Self-confidence, dynamism and a belief in challenging yourself.

- 3-10 years of product management experience

- Experience in scaling current business and launching new verticals.

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.

- Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.

- Passion for Results: High degree of commitment with bias for execution excellence - Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies.

- Tech background with a good understanding of data, metrics and building models is preferred
