Quantity Surveyor - Civil

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Quantity taken based on Tender drawing & Preliminary drawing and GFC Drawing - Civil

2. Contractor Budget comparison.

3. Correspondence & Documentation Maintaining

4. Tender Preparation and Quotes Comparison

5. New item Specification with Contractor & Architect discussion.

6. Billing & Site Co-ordination against the Costing with Work Closure

7. Understanding of ERP and working

8. Work Order creation with BOQs and Terms & Condition

9. Co-related with Purchase, Contractor on frozen the Contract

10. Reconcile the Budgeting

11. RFQ & RFV Raising

Qualification

BE - Civil / Diploma Civil

Experience

5- 8 years experience in Property developers, residential segment.

Work Location

Head office - Alwarpet, Chennai
Need to travel to sites.
