Study tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope and requirements. Prepare detailed

quantity take-offs

for materials, labor, and equipment. Develop

cost estimates

, rate analysis, and pricing for tenders. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for input and clarifications. Prepare and review

BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

and ensure alignment with tender specifications. Assist in

vendor quotation analysis

and price comparisons. Support in

preparation of technical and commercial bid submissions

. Maintain and update cost databases and records for future reference. Identify potential risks and suggest value engineering solutions.

Requirements:

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering. Experience: 2-6 years in quantity estimation and tendering. Proficient in

AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software

Strong understanding of

BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and tendering processes

. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Experience in

construction, MEP, or EPC projects

preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
