Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Trainer with a minimum of 2 years of training experience to lead our efforts in enhancing students\' quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and assessing training programs focused on improving essential mathematical and analytical abilities. This role requires strong instructional expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to produce comprehensive training reports. Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive training modules and curriculum for enhancing quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning skills among students. - Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that cover areas such as mathematical problem-solving, logical reasoning, data interpretation, and critical thinking. - Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, problem-solving exercises, group discussions, and real-world scenarios. - Assess the progress and performance of students through assignments, quizzes, and practical exercises. - Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their quantitative and logical reasoning abilities. - Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure training materials are effective and relevant. - Prepare and deliver comprehensive training reports that outline the training program\'s objectives, content, methodology, and outcomes. - Highlight the progress and achievements of participants, showcasing the impact of the training on their skills and analytical abilities. - Demonstrate flexibility by being open to travel and stay at various locations as needed to conduct training sessions. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a trainer, educator, or instructor, with a focus on quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences. - Proficiency in using training tools, technologies, and resources to create interactive and engaging learning experiences. - Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development in the field of education and analytical thinking. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Flexibility to adapt to changing training needs and environments. - Openness to travel and stay as required and work on training projects. - Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
