Quantaco - Internal Finance Manager - Talent Formula is a consulting firm that offers outsourced financial and accounting talent to Chartered Accounting firms worldwide. We currently have Associate level positions available in our Quantaco Team. Experience in Australia accounting and tax is a must. Preparation, reviewing and filing statuary monthly and quarterly returns. Expertise in bookkeeping, preparing financial statements and annual tax returns. Has worked directly with stakeholders. Most importantly demonstrate excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Excellent attention to detail. Strong commitment to quality service. Ability to work as a team member. Role Accountabilities The role will entail ensuring tasks and deliverables are met daily in an efficient, timely and accurate manner. These tasks include but are not limited to: Preparation of monthly Management and Analytic reports. Review of day-to-day Bookkeeping, payroll, payables and debtor management. Reviewing of work papers substantiating Financial Statement balances Preparation, review and filing of statuary monthly and quarterly returns, including GST, IAS and Payroll Tax returns.. Preparing detailed working paper files including investment, income and CGT reconciliations. Ensuring jobs are completed effectively by meeting technical standards and deadline.
