We are looking for a Finance Manager - Pricing to support the Head of Financial Solutions and Senior Business Analysts with pricing and other commercial models relating to the supply of outsourced Contact Centre and other BPO Services in Webhelp UK region, working in conjunction with the Finance Department to achieve strategic business outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Keeping abreast of client and company strategy and contact centre industry developments
  • Supporting the growth of the client base by identifying areas and opportunities to increase competitiveness in the market
  • Acting in a responsible manner at all times ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Supporting the creation of a Webhelp UK region pricing process
  • Working with the Sales Team to ensure the pricing process meets their needs and propose amendments where necessary
  • Working with the Head of Financial Solutions, Sales, Customer Solutions, IT, Operations and Finance Sales, Customer Solutions, IT, Operations and Finance to implement the pricing process to support the bid process and overall business strategy
  • Supporting the creation of budgets aligned to the pricing models for new business wins
  • Identifying and compiling reports on necessary spending to implement a new client
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of client relationships and business development between key internal and external business partners
  • Communicating regularly and effectively with team and operations and reinforce partnerships
  • Seeking to get to the bottom of issues presented by customers by using effective questioning techniques to collect enough information to log and resolve issues
  • Planning and setting goals prioritising in line with commercial, customer and client demands
  • Ensuring all projects are completed to timescales
  • Implementing the most appropriate solution, seeking resolution to problems and striving to do it the right way first time
  • Continually striving for personal development in everyday tasks as well as the opportunities arising from further training or by being delegated from line manager

What you’ll need
  • Understanding of contact centre and BPO pricing models
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Resilient, independent and self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail
  • Highly effective communicator with an ability to work remotely with Business Managers and Finance colleagues
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business conditions
