The candidate will be required to lead a team of Quality Analysts . The candidate should be excellent in his communication skills. This is required for client calls. . The candidate needs to be MS Office proficient. MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. . The candidate should be flexible with shifts us shifts Window 5.30 pm - 8.30 am 5 Days working profile work from office profile . The candidate should be possess the following skills - People Management skills - Client Management skills - Process Management skills - Coaching and Training skills - Feedback and Performance Management skills Various audits , NPS , TNI , TNA ,Dasboards , Call Calibrations , Observations , Handling Team of QA Client Management Process Insights , Call Calibration , Insights , Data Analysis , Publishing Reports
