Client: A Leading D2C baby product brand was founded in 2014 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Company is having annual turnover of around 120 Crs & employee strength of 120 employees & they are providing international safety standard certified bay products by their e-commerce website & online market platforms like Amazon, Flipkart & other leading online & offline platforms.
Job Title -Quality Supervisor
Working days and timings - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)
Location - Chancharwadi - Vasna / Prahladnagar
Experience: - 1-2 years
Qualification - Graduate/Diploma
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process quality checks at various stages of production line
• Monitor and record of physical counting of the parts and fill the daily QC report.
• Collect and test in-process samples as per the approved specifications and testing procedures.
• Identify and report deviations or abnormalities in the production process.
• Reliver QC person should be done physical counts of the pervious shift production. Ensure timely documentation of in-process observations, test results, and findings.
• Coordinate with production teams for immediate corrective and preventive actions. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of work areas and equipment used for testing.
• Support audit preparation and compliance with GMP and ISO standards.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality protocols, and safety guidelines.
• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial/Textile/Polymer Engineering or related disciplines. Fresh graduates welcome.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail; right-first-time mindset.
• Good communication and documentation skills (English/Hindi/Gujarati as relevant).
• Basic proficiency with MS Excel/Sheets for quality logs, pivot tables, charts.
• Ability to work in shift and on shop floor with PPE compliance.
• Learning agility, integrity, and customer-safety orientation.
• Team player with problem-solving and process discipline.

Tools & Instruments Exposure (Preferred):

• Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, textile testing basics (seam strength, GSM), hardness checks, torque for fasteners, color matching (visual/DFC), small parts tester (for toys), sharp edges/points check, dimensional jigs/fixtures, and packaging drop test basics.

Work Environment & Shift Details

• Plant-based role; rotational shifts (e.g., general, morning, Afternoon, evening).
• Standing and line-walk duties; adherence to PPE and EHS guidelines.
• Occasional vendor visits / field inspections as assigned as per company policy.
