The opportunity

Responsible for managing the training/retraining of (new and existing) employees in all aspects of QAS In-Take Team including processes (SOPs/WIs), product knowledge, liaising with manufacturing sites, coordinating the return of complaint samples, use of the phone system and customer service etiquette. Accountable for getting new employees up to speed and contributing to the success of the Team in a minimum time frame. Accountable for the Daily Team Huddle meeting to provide up-to-date information to QAS Team Members about products, manufacturing sites, revised SOPs/WIs, Trackwise capabilities and functions, difficult/unique customer related scenarios, Frequently Asked Questions, etc. Maintain a system to ensure all QAS In-Take Team employees are up to date on topics covered in Daily Team Huddle as well as Trainings completed in the LMS System by their due dates. Responsible to assist with managing and keeping current Quality Product Information Spreadsheet (QPIS). Ensuring all QAS In-Take Team members are aware of recent updates and able to appropriately apply the information during conversations with Callers/Consumers/Customers. Monitor QAS Employees conversations with Callers (through listening to live calls, voice recordings, etc.) and provide feedback and coaching to continually drive increased product and process knowledge, accent training, and customer service. Utilize examples to share and conduct Trainings with Team and institutionalize knowledge. All opportunities for sharing best practices and lessons learned from the voice of the customer are utilized and internal Quality Assurance Services In-Take team procedures are reviewed and suggestions for change discussed and driven amongst the team members. Your experience and qualifications

Bachelors of Science Degree in a scientific field preferably, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Micro-Biology, Chemical Engineering, etc Training is required in the Code of Federal Regulations, Current Good Manufacturing Practices, Teva\'s Policies and Procedures - especially related to processing of Product Quality related Complaints and Adverse Events; Good Documentation Practices; Deviations/Investigations/Root Cause Analysis, CAPA; Data Integrity, TrackWise, Excel, Word. Training in manufacturing, packaging and laboratory testing of different dosage forms is beneficial and highly desired. Previous experience with cGMPs, good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to create and present training materials, to work independently, and manage multiple possibly conflicting priorities are required to perform the job. Minimum 5 years of related experience in Pharmaceuticals/Pharmaceutical QA related job profiles is required. Preferably handling product quality/market complaints (including US FDA related complaints, counterfeit and tampering). Experience at a pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical/medical device manufacturing/packaging/testing facility is especially useful and desired. Experience with manufacturing, packaging and laboratory testing of different dosage forms is beneficial and highly desired. This experience could be obtain from previous work in the Pharmaceutical (or related) industry.
