Consumer Shared Services & Operations Technology team provides and delivers technology solutions to support the Consumer Operations and Home Loans lines of business. The team's goal is to drive the optimal technology tools and platforms that enable associates to deliver on the customer experience and contribute to the long-term, profitable growth. . The successful Quality Assurance resource must be a team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills. The Quality Assurance Analyst must be flexible and able to work under the pressure of strict time constraints and constantly changing priorities. The QA resource must take ownership of different tasks that are assigned to him/her and proactively work towards completion of projects on/before schedules. He/she should be able to adapt and quickly learn new technologies and systems. Candidate will involve in automation scripts creation and review team automated scripts, guiding the automation on framework, help them to resolve automation issues, litmus integration for new applications, provide trainings on automation frame work to new resources and provide guidance on Bitbucket branching strategy, creating Automation status reports and helping QA management in achieving automation goals., He/She need to work on Agile model, and adopt tools like Bitbucket, Litmus etc as part of CI/CD frame work and RAFT Frame work & Selenium. Responsibilities. . Active Participation in grooming calls . Ability to act individually and as a team member in resolving problems and completing projects . Ability to create and document test plans/strategy documents and test cases of varying complexity . Ability to write Data Conditioning Strategy docs, Automation Strategy Docs . Experience creating defect reports and documenting test results . Ability to write SQL queries to prepare test data and validate results in the database, Should be able to create complex queries and read stored procedures. . Reviewing Test Scenarios with LOB/UAT/Tech Partners . Fulfilling Quality Assurance/Test roles throughout a full product life cycle including experience in test reviews etc. . Create reporting status/progress consistently to management . Testing several complex applications that works with several upstream and downstream systems. . Able to prepare presentation and present in scrum meetings, Retrospective meetings, Leadership meetings. . Should be able to collaborate with architecture team. . Able to estimate work volume with the given requirements . Creating Automation Scripts using RAFT framework/Selenium for Smoke/Component/Regression/E2E scenarios . Adhere to IT Control Policies for testing and incorporate enterprise change standards in testing deliverables . . Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery . Closely working with Onsite partners and LOB in grooming, design and test the stories on time and budget. . Help the team in resolving Automation Tool Issues . Train existing resources/new resources on the Automation frame work . Integrate new application test suites with Litmus . Review bitnucket feature files, branching strategy, maintain bitnucket branches . Automation profiles evaluation . Coordinate with SDM team on CICD Onboarding Status and provide updates to the team . Maintain SOT Wiki sites, Automation materials . Create automation reports, help QA management to achieve automation goals Requirements. Education. BE/B.Tech or MCA or as per company standards Certifications If Any Experience Range. 7 - 9 Years Foundational skills. Selenium, SQL, JIRA, Agile Methodology, SOAP, Strong communication skills Desired skills RAFT, UFT, CI/CD tools, JAVA/Any other development experience Work Timings. 12.00 Noon - 9.00 PM (Need overlap with US Central and Pacific time zones) Job Location.
