Process Monitoring: Observe production lines to ensure adherence to quality standards and recommend adjustments to maintain consistency. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, non-conformances (NCRs), and quality KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Reporting & Communication: Promptly report defects and issues to supervisors and production staff, collaborating on corrective actions. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality problems to find root causes and prevent recurrence. Equipment Management: Set up, calibrate, and maintain testing and measuring equipment.
