What we expect

Manage stage and final inspections for new installations as per regional guidelines. Drive a "First Time Right" culture. Work on common safety and quality issues for quick resolution. Implement and monitor PCI/MPCI/FI tasks according to plan. Conduct initiatives and training sessions to improve service and new installation quality. Implement 6S in the field. Analyze and resolve field issues. Timely reporting of serious incidents as per protocol/guidelines. Conduct RCA / 8D analysis of incidents as required. Audit sick/high call rate units. Audit units in service and reduce critical and safety nonconformities. Handle customer complaints at regional level with the regional team.

Who we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). Experience 12 to 15 years at least 10 years of experience in quality management within the elevator and escalator industry. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and inspection protocols. Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
