• You continuously identify risks, weaknesses, and opportunities within the project and push measures concerning mitigation of risks.
• "You ensure that the PM @ Siemens processes, rules, and regulations are being followed and you are authorized and obliged to stop any deviating.

• You enable continuous improvement over all project phases, and you report directly to the head of STG QM
• Implementation of quality gates and measures in development, product surveillance and continuous improvement
• You shall review the project quality requirement from customer tender and work closely with proposal team during tender phase
• Prepare ICP and project specific QAPs for customer submission.
• You shall be the face of Quality to customer from project inception state till handover and submission of quality dossier.
• Be a partner of the project manager for QA system implementation in projects in accordance with the QM system,
• Prepare quality topics and participate in internal / external kick-off and regular project meetings.
• (share knowledge, experience, emphasize required topics as per PM@Siemens)
• Collaborate with the product-related QM and other sub-functions for any customer clarifications.
• Establish and monitor appropriate Project quality plans, targets / Objectives and methods based on standards,
• advise the project leader on projects specific adaptations.
• Plan and conduct project reviews, participate in status meetings, and ensure the implementation of improvement and risk measures.
• Support audits effecting the project and ensure implementation of audit corrective measure.
• Tracking, analyzing, and performing Root Cause analysis on site NCRs.
• "Take lessons learned, and best practices from previous and comparable projects, share information with Sales and Bid team and run LL session for executed project with all stakeholders.

• A Graduate Mechanical Engineer having min 12+ years of experience in project bases organization and have strong knowledge in green/brown- field projects business.
• Good to have experience on product certification requirement i.e CE, PED,ATEX, METI etc.
• Must have project execution experience with Oil &Gas , EIL, NTPC and other 3rd party consultants.
• Must have a quality mindset to analyse problem technically and provide optimum solution.
• Must have Good application knowledge of quality tools e,g 8D, A3, 5 why, CAPA.
• Must have understanding of ISO standard and must be certified internal auditor for ISO 9001:2015.
• Having a matured mindset in dealing with cross functional team and change mindset.
• Must be excellent in communication skills.
• Basic know how about EHS is a must.
• Good working knowledge in MS tools I,e Excel, Power Point, and projects.
