Job Description

Responsible for overall quality in plant Responsible for implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action and their effectiveness Responsible for NPI/ NPD along with their required documents (PPAP and APQP) and customer approval on Samples . Responsible for the New Product Handover to Production after customer approval Responsible for 6 Core Tools Documents Management. Training to all personnel working at shop floor as per workmanship standard IPC-A-610 std. & effective verification on a on going basis Ensuring timely calibration of all measuring equipments as required & upkeep of records, calibration status labels on relevant Equipment at all times Plant & Machinery Maintenance - Liason with plant maintenance person to ensure timely exceution of PM, BM, lubrication, 5S, AMCs and upkeep of all records Effective Customer communications and understanding of Customer requirements - stated & implied to ensure no gaps in production assembly execution

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
