Job Description

Key Responsibilities

:

Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, GMP). Conduct routine checks and sampling during production processes to ensure product quality. Assist in maintaining and updating quality documentation and records. Perform inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods. Coordinate with production teams to address quality-related issues in real time.. Report deviations and assist in root cause analysis and CAPA implementation. Promote hygiene and sanitation standards on the production floor.

Skills & Competencies

:

Basic knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with quality control instruments and testing procedures. Attention to detail and strong observational skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

:

Internship or training experience in a food processing/quality environment is a plus. Exposure to HACCP, ISO 22000, or FSSC protocols is desirable.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
