Warranty Claim Management:
Defect Trend Analysis & Improvement:
Root Cause Analysis (RCA):Analyze top trending defects, collaborate with suppliers to validate root causes, and implement corrective actions.?.?
Repairability & Serviceability:
Evaluation & Reporting:Assess the repairability of defects in various products and prepare detailed serviceability reports before market launch, ensuring cost-effective and efficient repairs.?
Continuous Product Quality Improvement:
Quality Monitoring: Track and analyze product quality performance in the market, proposing and implementing improvements to meet and exceed quality standards.?
