Job Description

Perform

routine quality testing

of raw materials, intermediates, and final products as per prescribed methods and specifications. Conduct

instrumental analysis

using techniques such as

HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, Karl Fischer, Titration

, etc. Ensure adherence to

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

and

Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)

. Maintain and update

quality control documentation

, including test reports, logs, certificates of analysis (CoAs), and deviation records. Monitor and report any

non-conformance

or quality deviations promptly, and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions. Calibrate and maintain analytical instruments to ensure accurate and reliable test results. Assist in

stability studies

, validation activities, and sample retention processes. Coordinate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth flow and timely testing. Ensure

compliance with industry regulations

(e.g., ISO, REACH, GHS, etc.) and

internal quality standards
