Position - Quality Control Officer Position - QC Officer Salary 20k to 30k Job Location Vashi (Navi Mumbai) Experience 2 4 years Qualification B. Com / MBA/ BSC/B tech/Msc/M tech in food technology or microbiology Industry: processed food This Role Is Responsible For Ensuring product quality compliances to all stakeholders of the company Conducting internal audits regularly and setting high standards of quality assurance Detailed Responsibilities Provide training to the QC team whenever required Manage performance of the QC team members. Give constructive feedback and recognition to the QC employees whenever required to optimize performance Implementing Solutions Prepare and maintain all quality related certifications required by customers or local authorities Plan and conduct internal audits regularly Write and update manuals and procedures and maintain all quality related documentation Identify and ensure quality requirements of all outside contractors who have an impact on the product quality of Panama Foods Update QC data in the ERP regularly Analyze QC data to identify areas for improvement Monitor all government regulations, programs, policies and updates regarding food safety Track microbiological trends, sanitation program performance, and shelf life of all products and communicate results to the management periodically Manage special projects regarding quality and food safety, whenever required Ensure proper sanitization of the production and related units Finish all the tasks scheduled for the day before leaving Send Timesheet (Daily) and Weekly QC Report (every Friday or Saturday) to supervisor, showing plan for coming week, progress from running week (i.e. key activities performed, time spent on each), etc.
