Job Description

Responsibilities: Quality Assurance:Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines for construction projects.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address and resolve quality issues. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.
Generate comprehensive quality control reports for project stakeholders.
Document and communicate non-conformance issues and recommend corrective actions. Training and Education:Provide training to project teams on quality control processes and procedures.
Stay informed about industry best practices and changes in relevant regulations.
Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Supplier and Subcontractor Management:Evaluate and approve quality control plans from subcontractors and suppliers.
Conduct assessments of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet quality standards.
Collaborate with procurement to address quality issues related to materials and equipment. Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with project teams to ensure quality goals are understood and achieved.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding quality control matters.
Foster a collaborative and proactive approach to quality management. Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
