Job Description

We are looking for a quality control manager to ensure the manufacturing production lines run smoothly and generate a consistently suitable output of products that meet quality and efficiency standards. The quality control manager understands the customer's needs and requirements and coordinates employee efforts and communications between management and the production teams. You should understand regulatory compliance and be skilled in understanding scientific and technical data.Responsibilities: Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams. Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods. Devising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them. Setting the requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance. Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance. Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines. Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards. Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products. Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis. Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors. Implement health & safety policies and ensure a safe working environment. Monitor and understand new developments in ready mix technology and materials, develop new mix designs as required. Oversee the authorization of reports and client enquiries regarding technical issues and concerns. Ensure all material tests are correctly conducted and supported by documentary evidence and that calibrated equipment is used. Maintain compliance with Quality Assurance when dealing with regulatory bodies and identified non-compliances. Maintaining Quality Assurance records and testing standards. Ensure that new or revised QA documentation is issued to staff. Develop new procedures as required to comply with any new material test standards. Monitor the sample and test result database for completeness and accuracy. Top down management of all Technical aspects of the business. Ensuring core Technical Competency is maintained while promoting operational excellence. Providing continuous assessment and improved QA and QC systems and performance Maintaining the Company's premier position in Quality and Customer Satisfaction. Introducing enhanced production targets and improves operational asset utilization. Advancing product development and research.Requirements: Bachelor degree in Engineering. 5 + years of experience in construction manufacturing industry and knowledge of construction and/or building materials. 4 + years of team management experience. Good verbal & written communication. Solid experience in field of ready mix concrete.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per monthSchedule:
