Job Description
We are looking for suitable candidates for the position of Quality Control Executive for handling day to day activities of Quality testing, analysing, and control of products manufactured at various levels.His/her job responsibilities will be:
- To perform day to day tests on material inward from our vendors in various forms like: Chemicals, Powder, Extracts, Oils, Crude Herbs etc.
- To perform day to day tests on material produced in our facility like: Powders, Tablets, Capsules, Oils, Syrups, Oiltments, Cosmetics and food products.
- To perform day to day tests on various packaging materials received from vendors as per SOP.
- Match the test results with the standard limits and prepare the specification sheets, coa and other regulatory documents.
- Prepare, manage various laboratory level documents.
- Maintain records and storage of QC samples as per SOP.
- Prepare SOPs at QC and QA levels and assist the respective departmental manager on the same.
- Poses a degree in BSC/MSC in Chemistry, Bpharma/M Pharm in Ayurveda from recognised university.
- Proper understanding of various testing apparatus used in FSSAI manufacturing units.
- Ready to learn new things and accept new challenges.
- Aggressive in nature on performance and target oriented.
