Performing CRM hygiene to help preserve the health and integrity of sales pipelines.
Reviewing team CRM activity and opportunity creation.
Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Conducting quality improvement sessions for agents or train the trainer sessions.
Root cause analysis of process deviations, action plan development and resolution.
Qualifications
Quality Auditing and Quality Control skills
Analytical Skills
Quality Management and Quality Assurance knowledge
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the education industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Education, or a related field.
