Overview

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to gain valuable experience as Quality Assurance Specialist!

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance on all background reports according to FCRA and State Reporting
• Requirements, Client Guidelines, and HireRight Reporting Guidelines
• Review and approve background results for assigned products
• Ensure accurate and prompt turnaround on all reports by adhering to work assignment and TAT goals
• Maintain in-depth working knowledge of all guidelines and reporting processes
• Achieve individual accuracy and productivity goals in a high volume atmosphere
• Notify researchers of errors reported and respond to all inquiries received
• Provide timely follow-up and follow through on all requests and reports
• May support team workloads and may assist with quality audits and projects as needed
• Identify root causes of errors and report researcher error trends and process improvements to supervisor
• May assist with process related questions received from team and department

• Very good command of English (min C1)
• No prior experience required
• High school or equivalent
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills, including internet, Word, Excel, Outlook and PC Based applications
• Confidentiality Standards
• Keen to learn
• Basic Knowledge of multiple fulfillment processes
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent analytical skills
