1. Implement and monitor quality assurance standards to ensure consistent product quality,
2. Establish procedures and process for sampling & M.S.P (Monthly sensory planner) ,F.T.R (Food testing review),
3. Product standardization of each department - shelf-life of all items and their intermediates,
4. Employee training on quality assurance, food saftey & involvement,
5. Monitor product manufacturing process to identify deviations from quality procedure.
6.To make standard formats for product appearance etc. and recipe wise production etc,
7. Staff training & grooming and hygine process,
8. Solution of problems caused by poor quality, raw materials, erratic supplies, malfunctioning process equipment, investigation of reason for a poor quality product to avoid repetition,
9. Quality analysis, productivity, optimization & coordination with team members,
10. Need to maintain every items SOP department wise after that need to follow that recipe SOP wise.
11. Maintain hygiene standards, manage audits & ensure adherence to FSSAI guidelines.
12. Daily Product sample tests for moisture, yield, standards to be checked as per sop's
