• Responsible for managing, directing, planning and delivering multiple complex programs/projects, consisting of many application delivery teams.
• Responsible for coordinating program/project tasks and maintaining working relationships with cross-functional Technology teams.
• Applies program/project development methodologies and reporting techniques to indicate overall status.
• Reviews, evaluates and formulates respective delivery plans, schedules, risk/mitigation plans and ensures delivery within approved budgets.
• Identifies and negotiates schedules, milestones and resources required to meet delivery objectives working with key stakeholders on prioritization and dependency alignment.
• Evaluates progress and reports progress in terms of quality and performance metrics common to IT governance.
• Understand agile metrics used to measure team maturity, and ensure accurate reporting on team productivity, feature cycle time, defect leakage, defect density etc.,
• Recognized internally as the go-to person for any delivery escalation or issue resolution.

• Minimum experience: 15 years
• 5+ years of experience in technology project/portfolio management
• HealthCare Experience: Must have: More than 5 years
• Agile Software Development Experience: Must have: 5+ Years (prefer SAFe Agile)
• 5+ years of?managing staff or providing work direction, coaching and mentoring
• Strong Communications Skills
• Strong Expertise working with Large solution programs with end to end integration testing solutions
• Must have managed large solution teams working across the different work stream
• Strong in leading and managing the team of 40 + resources and ability to guide them and get the work done
• Strong Delivery Management experience of large programs, with ability to strategize and escalate risks to leadership with mitigation plans
• Resource Onboarding, Forecast allocation and Team Management
• Hands on Experience with sharing status reports with key metrics
• Strong in program management and stakeholder communications

• Full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
• Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as required.
