Job Description

Conduct routine and non-routine

chemical and physical testing

of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. Monitor

production processes

to ensure compliance with

standard operating procedures (SOPs)

and

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

. Perform

root cause analysis

and support

Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)

processes for quality incidents. Assist in the

investigation of customer complaints

related to product quality. Maintain accurate and up-to-date

documentation

, including test results, certificates of analysis, and deviation reports. Support

internal and external audits

(e.g., ISO, FDA, etc.). Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and ensure equipment is functioning as per specifications. Collaborate with

R&D, production, and supply chain teams

to ensure quality goals are met. Stay up-to-date with changes in

industry regulations

, standards, and testing methods
