Our Outstanding Opportunity:

The role is to assure the best Quality deliveries from ASPs and FSOs in accordance to related scope. Create Project Quality Plans & Implementation in Rollout. Have all needed information on supplier base in rollout and acts on supplier performance issues. Part of supplier evaluation, selection and KPI requirements. Responsible for ASP, FSO Operational Governance Framework & Quality assurance

You will:

  • Plan and provide resources for the customer projects in NRO Quality Management areas.
  • Develop resource competence for the NRO Rollout Quality assurance
  • Define the Quality Framework, Process, Standards, QA system & Performance Review and support CPM in defining the Project Quality Plan
  • Ensuring Customer Requirements Including Acceptance Criteria are part of the define Quality Plans and collaborate with customer on Project Quality Standards, Checklist & acceptance criteria\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Drive the ASPs & Field Resources Skill development on SoW, Quality Process, Standards & Quality assurance
  • Secure ASPs have all required licenses, specific tools, permits and certification before commencement of project
  • Support Onboarding of new ASP into Ericsson and secure ASP project kick off
  • Establish ASP Operational and Internal Governance with regular meeting to follow-up ASP performance KPIs &
  • Act on ASP\xe2\x80\x99s service Delivery Quality & performance Issue
  • Responsible for ASP metrics and score card reporting on quality & competence
  • Drive adherence to global processes & models, and implement improvement initiatives
  • Support Project on Quality Systems as well as EGMS & Compliances

You should have:

  • B.E. Degree with 10+ Yrs, Experience in Telecom Domain with Rollout Quality Management is Plus
  • Training and awareness in Quality Management system, Standards & Customer requirements.
  • Vast experience in sophisticated Radio & Transport Network rollouts, swaps, or modernizations.
  • Very good technical knowledge about Ericsson RAN, related products & Services.
  • Good understanding of Ericsson Tools \xe2\x80\x93 e.g. \xe2\x80\x93 Remote Access, Erisite
  • Very good Knowledge of Quality systems, requirement & Quality assurance and Experience of service delivery processes, models, and strategy
  • Additional Skills: Planning & Organizing, Working with People, Leading & Supervising, Coping with Pressures & Setbacks, Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations
