A Master\'s degree in science or agricultural.

• Certification in quality control will be a strong advantage.

• Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.

Quality Control Manager Responsibilities/ Duties:
A Quality Control Manager (State Head) - Supervises staff and oversees
Inspection procedures to ensure that commodities meet quality standards. The
quality control manager will also work with clients to ensure the needs and
requirements.

activities.
\xef\x82\xa7 Direct leadership of the site operational QA employee
\xef\x82\xa7 Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for
Commodities.
\xef\x82\xa7 Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team and other
appropriate staff. Coordinates Commodity testing processes.
\xef\x82\xa7 Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure required
specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to issue Quality
Reports.
\xef\x82\xa7 Method Validation of instruments, Review SOPs & STPs, etc.
\xef\x82\xa7 Participates in Commodity testing.

\xef\x82\xa7 Identifies and analyzes issues, defects, and other problems, particularly
when problems recur in multiple commodities; recommends and
facilitates solutions to these issues.
\xef\x82\xa7 Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
\xef\x82\xa7 Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws,
regulations, guidelines, and policies.

regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
