Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting, tax planning, and financial analysis, with a focus on real estate transactions and regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to managing financial reporting, audits, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee tax planning and compliance, including GST and income tax filings for real estate clients.
- Conduct financial audits and reviews, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic insights to management.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored accounting solutions.
- Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations, ensuring the companys practices are aligned with current legislation.
- Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on accounting practices and software.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
- Fresher or minimum 6 months of experience in post qualification.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
