1. Drawing Reading and taking the Quantity against the BOQ Specification / IS 1200.
2. Work activity Cross checking with BOQ Specification for the Bill Certification / Schedule follow up.
3. Preparation of Material Reconciliation for the measured quantity along with Store Inward and outward.
4. Contractor bill verification with the site team and Abstract with Debit reconciliation.
5. Follow the Billing process and Payment till from start to end.
6. Closing of Final bill for the Contractor with Reconciliation of Material & Debit.
7. Sending the Amendment detailing for the Work order and Additional activity should highlight for the order (Find the additional work).
8. Preparation of Schedule with Resources requirement and follow up on timely to reach at site.
9. Schedule Monitoring with site team on the delay - Penalty statement closure with Contractor.
10. GFC Quantity Updates in BOQ and Order.

Degree / BE in Civil Engineering
Experience
1 - 3 years experience in property developers industry as QS
