About Team


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Team Lead to oversee a team of sales representatives engaged in the promotion and sales of Ninja QR UPI product. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of field sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets, while also ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. The Field Sales Team Lead will report to the Program Manager and work closely with other stakeholders to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and lead a team of field sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies, tactics, and activities to drive sales growth and market penetration of QR UPI services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure seamless delivery of services and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and report on team expenses, budgets, and revenue forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years\' experience in field sales, with at least 2 years in a team lead role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with QR UPI services and the broader payments industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
