We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• Responsible for end-to-end MI report/dashboard development for IT Service Management users and stakeholders
• MI report requirement gathering and analysis
• Build and maintain reporting data models
• Optimize report/dashboard performance
• Data analysis, troubleshoot data issues effectively
• Adherence to Data Security, SDLC process and task deliveries through agile methodology
• Production Support, Level-1 queries and on-call support
• Working with cross-functional teams, to understand requirement and design MI solutions
• Able to comprehend user business needs and concerns and integrate that understanding with technical skills.
• Able to articulate technical details to business users

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Development experience in QlikView, QlikSense and Nprinting
• Strong experience in Qlik data modelling
• Knowledge on set analysis and advanced development/extension components
• Experience on database SQL/Query writing and analyzing data in database
• Experience in QMC management and basic administration
• Ability to troubleshoot and performance optimization
• Understanding of SDLC process and its importance in development process
• Understanding of effective system controls and monitoring
• Experience in Jira/Azure DevOps and Confluence to manage deliveries in Agile way
• Knowledge on ITSM processes and ServiceNow application
• Location open to Pune/Hyd.
